Glycol Dehydrator Management

Companies in the oil and gas sector require a streamlined approach to managing glycol dehydrator operating and emissions data, in order to comply with regulatory requirements, including the Energy Resources Conservation Board (ERCB) Directive 039: Revised Program to Reduce Benzene Emissions from Glycol Dehydrators.

Key requirements include the following:

bullet Ensure that benzene emissions for each dehydrator are within established limits.
bullet Complete and post a Dehydrator Engineering and Operations Sheet (DEOS) every 12 months, or upon dehydrator relocation or change in status.
bullet Complete and submit an annual Dehydrator Benzene Inventory List by July 1 of each year.
bullet Notify residents living in close proximity to a dehydrator (<750m) that units comply with ERCB regulations limiting benzene emissions.
